Our Services are available to clients located in Thailand and to international clients with family matters subject to Thai jurisdiction. Availability may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.

Information provided on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Formal legal advice is provided only through an established client engagement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

5. Engagement and Fees

A formal engagement begins when both parties have agreed on the scope of services and the applicable fee. Indicative pricing is published on our website and starts from ฿1,700 THB. The precise fee for a matter depends on its complexity and is confirmed in writing before work commences.

Payment terms are agreed at the outset of each engagement. We accept bank transfer and other methods confirmed in writing. If circumstances change and additional work becomes necessary, we discuss this with the client before proceeding.

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Mettatham. You may not reproduce, copy, or use website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Legal documents, templates, or written materials produced by Mettatham as part of a client engagement remain the work product of Mettatham and may be used by the client only for the purpose for which they were prepared.

7. Disclaimers

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Legal outcomes depend on specific facts and circumstances, and past results in other matters do not indicate or predict future outcomes.

We aim to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not represent that all information is complete, current, or free from error. Use of the website is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Mettatham's liability in connection with use of this website or the Services is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific matter giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on general information published on it.

9. Termination

Either party may end a client engagement by giving written notice. Mettatham may cease to act where professional obligations require it to do so, including in the event of a conflict of interest or where continued representation becomes untenable.

Upon termination, fees for work completed to that point remain payable. Any documents prepared on the client's behalf will be made available to the client on settlement of outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. If not resolved, disputes shall be referred to the Thai courts with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

Clients who are also members of the legal profession in Thailand may raise concerns with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
